Cientes da importância que a publicidade das referidas decisões reveste – a qual nos propomos demonstrar – pretendemos, em jeito de alerta, identificar as várias limitações que a referida solução legislativa apresenta. Por se encontrar comprometida a publicação das decisões arbitrais em matéria administrativa, ousaremos delinear uma proposta de alteração do regime vigente, de modo a assegurar uma efetiva publicidade dessas decisões.The present dissertation focuses on the publicity of arbitration decisions rendered within the scope of Administrative Law arbitration, currently imposed and regulated by article 185.º-B of the Code of Procedure in Administrative Courts. Aware of the importance that the publicity of the aforementioned decisions entails – which we propose to demonstrate – our aim is metaphorically “sound the alarm”, by identifying the various limitations that the aforesaid legislative solution presents.
