Today, various applications of this mechanism are being discussed, but the focus here will be on the use and development of Autonomous Weapons Systems. These weapons have aroused diverse opinions among the states that seek to confront them. The aim will, therefore, be to understand the position of the International Community on this issue, both in terms of definition and legal regulation under the framework of International Humanitarian Law.A inteligência artificial invadiu em todos os aspetos da sociedade.
