We intend to conduct this investigation following a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) anchored in the case study method that can take different types, depending on the final product research - descriptive, interpretive and evaluative. The content and inferential analysis sustains the interpretation of empirical data collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey to reviewers.
