Rabiais, IsabelAlves, Ana Isabel Gomes2017-01-262017-01-262016-09-132016http://hdl.handle.net/10400.14/21384O presente Relatório insere-se no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Relatório de Estágio, do 8º Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de Natureza Profissional na Área de Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Tem como principal objetivo retratar e refletir as atividades desenvolvidas durante o percurso da Unidade Curricular de Estágio que se encontra dividida em três Módulos: Módulo I-Serviço de Urgência, Módulo II-Cuidados Intensivos/Intermédios e Módulo III-Opcional. O estágio é um momento fundamental para o desenvolvimento de competências nos domínios do saber-saber, do saber-fazer e do saber-ser, permitindo a ponte entre teoria e a prática, o desenvolvimento de competências crítico-reflexivas que nos ajudam a evoluir e a crescer a nível profissional. A aquisição de competências especializadas torna-se fundamental e foi neste sentido que desenvolvi continuamente competências de forma a tornar o meu exercício profissional num exercício de excelência. Iniciei os meus estágios pelo Módulo III, que diz respeito ao módulo opcional em Enfermagem Perioperatória. Realizei-o na Unidade de Cuidados Intermédios Cirúrgicos do Hospital Central do Funchal e na Unidade de Queimados de um Hospital Central de Lisboa. Durante este estágio desenvolvi um estudo que consistiu numa revisão sistemática da literatura, com o objetivo de identificar intervenções promotoras do sono e do conforto no doente em situação crítica, o qual permitiu uma partilha de conhecimentos e implementação de intervenções específicas. Posteriormente realizei o estágio referente ao Módulo I, que diz respeito ao Serviço de Urgência num Hospital Central de Lisboa, no qual desenvolvi um guia de acolhimento, para visitantes, relativo ao funcionamento do Serviço de Observação e um Póster Informativo relativo à triagem e aos tempos de espera. Relativamente ao Módulo II, referente ao estágio em Cuidados Intensivos/Intermédios foi-me possível obter equivalência pois exerço funções desde Outubro de 2005 na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos Polivalente do Hospital Central do Funchal/Dr. Nélio Mendonça. Durante o meu percurso de formação adquiri competências específicas que vão ao encontro das necessidades da pessoa e dos processos de saúde/doença a que está exposta. Este trajeto pressupõe um amplo entendimento das respostas humanas em situações específicas e intervenções de elevado nível de adequação às necessidades do indivíduo, potenciando os ganhos em saúde, sendo essencial implementar intervenções de Enfermagem Especializadas que promovam, estimulem e facilitem o suporte aos projetos de saúde dos indivíduos e à sua qualidade de vida.This report falls under the curricular traineeship Report Unit, of the eighth Masters Course in Nursing professional in the area of specialisation in Surgical-Medical Nursing, Institute of Health Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University, which has as main objective to portray and reflect the activities developed during the course of curricular traineeship unit that is divided into three modules: Module I-Emergency Service, Module II-Intensive Care/ Intermediate and Module III-Optional. The interneship is a fundamental time for the development of competences in the fields of know-know, know-how and know-be, allowing the bridge between theory and practice, the development of critical-reflective competences that helped me to evolve and grow as a professional. The acquisition of expertise becomes essential and it was in this sense that I continuously developed competences that made my professional exercise an exercise of excellence. I started my internships through Module III, with respect to the optional module in perioperative nursing. It took place in the Intermediate Care Unit of the Hospital Surgical Center of Funchal and in the Burns Unit of a hospital in the central Lisbon. During this clinical teaching development a study that consisted of a systematic review of the literature, with the objective of identifying interventions promoters of sleep and comfort of the patient in a critical situation; which has enabled a sharing of knowledge and implementation of specific interventions. Later I did the interneship concerning Module I, with regard to the emergency service, it took place in Central Hospital of Lisbon North, in which I developed a guide for reception, for visitors, concerning the functioning of the Observation Service and a poster containing information regarding the patients’ assessment and the time of wait.. In relation to Module II, relating to the interneship in Intensive Care/Intermediate I was able to obtain equivalence since I have been on this service since October 2005 in the Intensive Care Unit of the Hospital Central of Funchal/Dr Nélio Mendonça. During my training path to be a Specialist Nurse I have acquired specific skills that will meet the needs of a person and the health/disease processes to which the person is exposed to.
