Interessa-nos analisar em particular a responsabilidade civil pelos danos causados na sua execução, e a importância do pressuposto da culpa no apuramento dessa responsabilidade.The aim of this dissertation is to study fault as one of the necessary preconditions for the application of the institute of medical civil liability, with a special focus on those situations in which the medical act has focused on an intervention of an aesthetic nature and not necessary.
