Com este relatório de atividade profissional, encetamos uma viagem ao passado-presente do
nosso percurso profissional, pautado pelas interferências inevitáveis das vivências da nossa
trajetória de vida pessoal, destacando momentos marcantes que contribuíram para a
construção da nossa identidade profissional.
Debruçamo-nos sobre a problemática da avaliação de escola, um processo ainda encarado
com algumas reservas e uma certa desconfiança pelos atores educativos, mas que se reveste
de suma importância para a afirmação e até a sobrevivência das escolas, num panorama cada
vez mais competitivo em que se inscreve o sistema de ensino em Portugal.
Damos conta também do processo de autoavaliação em que participamos e dos seus impactos
no nosso desenvolvimento organizacional e profissional.
With this professional activity report, we start a trip to the past-present in our career, marked by the inevitable interference of the experiences of our personal life, highlighting moments that contributed to the shaping of our professional identity. We focus on the issue of school assessment, a process that is still faced with some caution and some suspicion by educational professionals, but that have a great importance to the consolidation of the position and even to the survival of schools, in a state even more and more competitive which fits the Educational System in Portugal. We also account for the self-assessment process in which we participate and the impacts it produces on our organizational and professional development.
