Resumo: In this dissertation, I explored how distributive, procedural and interactional facets of organizational justice combine to produce judgments of overall organizational fairness. In particular, I explored how a recalled event versus an immediate event is differently perceived and reacted to. I document several differences in the composition of overall fairness judgments depending on the timing of the judgment. Results and implications for organizational life are discussed.
